Updated to 1.13 with small change to Norway.

Finished the Canada impassable area to match the prior versions.

Made changes to the following areas:

Kongo
Norway
Swiss Alps
Afghanistan - remove the impassable boarder with British Jaj


Note: new sub mod for the Swiss Alps

Small map correction in the Amazons area.

Caucasus Mountains area:
Removed the divider between states Sochi #233 and Abkhazia #826

Known problem:
Gobi Desert - sometimes countries get puppet-ed inside the impassable area. Please report if this is a problem. It has not been a factor in any of my games but then I just conquer the area and move on.

Finished Amazon and Kongo areas and added an easier to see impassable border.

Changed thumbnail.png - used for Steam HOI4 mods

Game Updated to 1.11 - I still need to make a few adjustments.
