-Disabled echos on MP7 and Medic Pistol (they were the only weapons that still had them)

-Fixed the M32 not having proper attenuation in 3rd person (this was already fixed long ago for the vanilla sounds, but the audio resources i'm using are slightly outdated)
-Fixed the Railgun not slowing down in Zed-Time
