Added two small task, one bigger, one cutscene, improved guardpost creating system, you can add now tent to sleep in guardpost, assets are locked depending mission progress (unless unlocked from start menu), its possible to play as standard group...

You can now create manned/automated-machineguns, grenade/AA/AT-launchers to guardsposts.

Added tents, crates, random static weapons, vehicles to generate in camps (WIP). Enabled (fixed) random vehicle zones with tanks. Enemy vehicle patrols more rare, randomly move slower and have less strong vehicles. Other tweaks and fixes.

Added support trucks to support calling menu (Shift+6), added bobcat to support menu, fire missions can be given for Scorchers (when BIS fixes the module), civilians ambient boats, random animations for civilians + some other tweaks and fixes
