Updated Exploration Submarine WIP.

Changed Aesthetics

Added active pitch stabilisation.

Removed the ability to change the rate of flow with the keypad next to the radio.

Changed the dashboard layout and the charging panel
Changed the control surface configuration
Changed the pump system so that it works at greater depths

Added Composite signals for the dashboard and the charging panel on the roof
Added working connectors
