Update for Premier Pivot rosters v7.7

  • added logos to new teams and leagues in North America
  • updated some team and league logos in North America
  • updated IIHF WC logos to 2023 versions (note that Div II B doesn't have one yet so I left 2022 version for now)

Update for Premier Pivot rosters v5.6

This is final release for the 2020/21 season. This update contains logos for over 300 teams.

With this update now all teams in the game (save 13 teams from first post) have their logo.
