Bombs spawned via Bombs Away no longer damage the player who dropped them.

Also doubled the damage the bombs do, because Pirates are kinda lacking in offensive power still.

Fixed and buffed Eat Oranges
=It wasn't actually healing, now it heals for a base amount plus a percentage of your max health.

Fixed Cutlass
=It wasn't doing damage on swing at level 2+, only applied burning. Now it does damage like it's supposed to

Slightly tweaked Flintlock Pistol
=Added an explosion animation when the bullet hits something, and expanded the explosion radius by a significant amount. It was previously doing explosions anyways but I hadn't linked the animation.
