Major rebalance of things:
- Vigor: 5(6) temp hp -> 3(4) temp hp gained.
- Death Note: Now draws a card when drawn.
- Overload: Now exhausts when played.
- Foreach(){}: 3(4) passive triggers -> 2(3) passive triggers
- Clean Hard Drive: Cost 1 -> 0, 2(3) cards exhausted -> 3(4) cards exhausted
- History book: now a SHOP relic
- Tinted rock: 200% Elite Gold -> 400% Elite Gold
