Updated corner LCD text size, since Keen broke it a while ago

- Changed about internal workings to have small hydrogen tanks, which also replaced quite a few o2 tanks.
- Total addition adds up to about 4 large tanks of hydrogen (I believe)
- added new aux reactors
- replaced some 1x1 windows with larger windows that fit in the space better

- reduced file size- something something projector something. Nothing changed for y'all other than the fact that it's a smaller file size.

- Replaced LP's F-5, F-6, A-5, and A-6 with auto construction pads. Turn on the projector, hit the button to active the timer block, and look at it go.
- replaced some alert lights in hallways and attrium with rotating lights
- added a projector and centered merge blocks on each drydock
- updated LP LCD's to run off natural Keen text thingy, not autoLCDS

Added store and contract blocks to main attrium
added dispensors to station hallways and to the main attrium

- revamped station Turrets- the welders now actually fix them
- added Decorative pack 1 and 2 blocks


- replaced 1 block tall windows with window walls
- added bathrooms and armories to the crew quarters and station hallways
- removed some exterior lights (regular blue ones) and diagnostics program
- replaced diagnostic lcds with assorted AutoLCD2 stuff

made outer four airlocks actually cycle through, which means both doors can't be open at the same time.
made drydock side airlocks have a little bit of ground to stand on, so you don't just fall into space
