Changes
- The Biointegrated Tech civic can now be added/removed after gamestart

Bug Fixes
- Beastmasters and Wild Swarm Empires can now correctly build Colony Ships
- Citadel Cost fixed for Bioorganic Empires
- Nexus Districts now correctly have their modifiers for Gestation Colonies and Virtuality

Updated to Stellaris 3.14 "Circinus"

- Overmind temporarily disabled until we can find a way to fix it
- Individualistic Machine Pops should now produce Leaders
- Hollow Worlds changed to be more in line with standard Ecumenopoli (more thorough rework forthcoming)

- The Eldritch namelist should now function
- Larva, Minor Artifacts, and Astral Threads will now correctly appear in the strategic resources section of the topbar

- Updated to Stellaris 3.8 Gemini
- Mutualistic Behavior empires are now correctly unable to purge
- Replicator Empires using an Aquatic or Toxoid secondary species will now correctly have those pops robotified
- The Mammalian Shipset and Cityset are no longer convinced that they're particularly Complex
- Replicators Empires can now be correctly rejoined after a Multiplayer game begins
- Various Assimilation fixes
