Added the gm_prefix to the map name. Should still be short enough to get Multiplayer working.

First time touching this map in many years!

What's changed? Minor stuff.

* Certain buttons could be manipulated with the Physgun. No more.
* Certain platforms could be manipulated with the Physgun and toolgun. No more.
* Map was renamed to "rr_10_ann_ed" to shorten the name to fix multiplayer compatibility

I left the track to be colourable, as well as it's railings as it's kind of fun changing it's appearance.

Final Update: Fixed the road from being manipulated with Physgun. The map is once again solid!

Additional polish, Enabled toggling entire track on/off, Rails controls are now located with Track Controls, which are now located on the tiny planet. Also the sun is now completely safe when terraformed.
