Updated for the Doomsayer patch.

Tlaqua (Tiktak`to) and Chosen of Sotek (Tehenehuan) now have access to lore of life skinks.

Updated skills to match patch changes (engine of the gods stegadon, making Tlaqua priests start mounted on a terradon etc)
