Fixed bug:

"The music volume slider will not affect the menu music with this mod enabled."

Fixed bug:

"Disabling the mod in the mod list will make the menu music silent until the game is restarted. To avoid this, either disable it in the mod config first, or restart your game directly after disabling it."

Removed the config option.
