Major update
Customize the various actions that execute upon colonist level up.

Message
Write whatever you want in the message.
Common values can be injected, such as colonist name and skill name.
Text can be formatted with bold, italic and color.

Overhead message
This is the same text popup existing in vanilla since 1.2.
It can now be customized the same way as an ordinary Message, or disabled entirely.

Sound
Several new sounds to choose from.
Added volume slider.

Animation
Added two new, simple animations to choose from.

Modding
Other modders can now add their own sounds and animations to Level Up. See GitHub for more on this.
