Added support for loading the mod using Plugin Loader[github.com]. If Build Vision is launched using the Plugin Loader, and you're connecting to a host that doesn't have Build Vision in their mod list, then some functionality will be unavailable.

Input blocking used to prevent you from accidentally opening menus and containers while using BV will not work if the server does not have BV running.
