1.Leader Ability Alternation:
Extra diplomatic influence from each tributary increased from +1 to +2.
City yield bonus from Governor title is replaced with new effect of combat strength bonus for nearby units.

2.Unique Governor, ZhugeLiang
First title provides +1 diplomatic influence each turn instead of +1 diplomatic visibility to other civs.

3.Unique Unit - Blade Warrior
Production demand reduced from 110 to 100, maintenance cost reduced from 3 to 2 gold per turn.
Base combat strength increased from 36 to 38, gain +4 defense in defending, and another +4 combat strength when defending ranged and city attack.
Build Charges removed, cannot remove features on tiles anymore.
