1.10 patch compatibility (including balance changes to reflect those from Paradox)

Maybe I should have at least tried to run the game before uploading the new version..

1.9 patch compatibility

Many changes, but in particular tanks have been overhauled.

Update mod for patch 1.8, reflecting the changes made to submarine balance

Remove dependency on Man the Guns.

Correct a localisation mistake.

Mark mod as compatible with 1.7. AFAIK, there shouldn't be any changes needed.

Known Problems : Some equipment is not getting properly obsoleted. Am looking into it, but am quite puzzled.
