Hole 8: Widened the snow a bit and fixed the 2nd level to not be so bouncy. It was a bit too random before if you got a normal bounce or a high bounce.
Hole 11: Removed the ramps and added portals if you hit the gutter. This hole wasn't supposed to be hard to get back up to the top, this should make it easy.
Hole 15: Changed the orientation in the paddle section since the collision was fixed at some point which made this hole impossible.

Fixed hole 9's wall to hopefully not interfere with the shot.
Fixed hole 15 so people don't get stuck on the walls next to the water.
