An important note. Due to some weird bug that causes the leftmost leader to have a wrong tooltip, I had to disable some extra tooltip updates. So, as for now the tooltips are updated just as in the vanilla game - once per turn. Unfortunately this happens before main yields are updated, so the tooltip for your civilization will show values from the previous turn (values for other civs are from the current turn).
