not sure if changing the name of the .bin on the last version would have caused issues, changed it back for this version -kelly

I've added a quick and dirty fix for the problem with profiles that use this mod not working when the mod is disabled.
With this version, if you use the command "resetmyupgrades" in the console, it will set all of your character and town upgrades back to 0, and you'll be able to use the profile without the mod enabled. you will have to pay for the upgrades again.. so bear that in mind
