Reset some friction values to fix some ongoing friction problems
If any problem occurs because of the lower friction settings, please notify me.

- Removed Terrain Baked light. Natural lighting is effective enough.
- Lights glow, lining the runway for clear sight at night-time conditions

Many fixes.
- All runway markings do not bump the player's plane anymore.
- Transition to runway from hangar fixed. (smooth transition)
- Transition to runway from tower and barracks fixed. (smooth transition)
- Buildings are now at the correct scale.
- Less processing load on low-end computers
- Lighting is constant.
- Runway no longer has terrain overlapping the edges
