Update for the sake of updating!

Bug fixes: Dwarf tax rate from gems changed to 1/2% at levels 3/4 as was supposed to happen last patch.

Added:
Brettonia:
Obsidian grants physical resistance (not ward due to lady's blessing)

High Elfs:
Wood grants missile damage
Iron grants melee damage and armor
Obsidian grants magic resistance (may change to physical or ward, but highly unlikely due to existing HE cheese)

Wood Elfs:
Obsidian grants missile resist

Dark Elfs:
Obsidian grants physical resist (may change to magic due to easy access to most of the obsidian deposits on the map; will test to see how well physical mitigates HE cheese)

Lizardmen:
Obsidian grants ward save and melee damage

Dwarfs:
Dyes grant ward save (may nerf dorf runic tatoos to physical resist)
Magma Caverns grant magic resistance (will not be adding magic resist to dorf obsidian due to innate magic resist)
Brynduraz Mine grants 3% tax rate

Tomb Kings:
Obsidian grants ward save

Skaven:
Brynduraz Mine grants 6% tax rate (due to poor skaven economy and difficulty in acquiring the settlement)
Obsidian grants ward save
Iron grants melee damage and armor
Wood grants missile damage


Balance:
Reduced dwarfs melee damage bonus from iron by 1% at all levels, same for armor. May reduce further to be exactly in line with new standard.
Wood elf and orc standard for armor bonus is 4 instead of 6. May reduce orc bonus further, as it is on iron.
Orc melee damage bonus untouched
Orc missile damage bonus untouched
Lizardmen melee bonus is 2%/4% due to being on obsidian
Wood elf missile damage bonus reduced by 1%
New standard for all damage and armor buffs; 1% at level 2, 2% at level 3 (Vampires ignored due to severely limited ranged units)

Balance:
Reduced construction cost for WE from Marble due to very early possibility of 0% construction cost
Changed WE court buildings to provide factionwide tax rate increase at a reduced level (15%) in order to allow WE to keep up with other factions' economies.
Moved WE armor bonus from wood to obsidian to prevent armor rushing; Increased armor bonus from 3 to 6 to compensate
Changed wood bonus to missile damage (may change amount after further testing)

Bug fixes:
Corrected various issues with welf craftsman building bonuses.

Added:
WE gain melee damage from Iron (Elfs DO know how metal works, right?)
WE gain lord recruit rank from Gems and Gold (balance decision based on the lack of lord recruit rank increases available to Welfs)
WE gain tariff increases from spices

Balance:
Reduced Vampire Counts PO bonus from pastures to 0/1/1
Normalized Marble construction cost reduction across factions.

Bug Fixes:
Corrected another damagestate value

Additions:
Added growth, armor, melee damage, and missile damage to appropriate orc resource buildings. Orcs should be capable of competing with other old world factions again.
Added 2 armor value to Vampirate Iron resource.
Added armor, melee damage, and missile damage to the appropriate empire and dwarf resources. Phase 1 of empire/dwarf overhaul completed.

Balance changes:
Significantly reduced PO bonus for vampire pastures. May remove after further testing.

Bug fixes:
1 Incorrect value for damagestate value change corrected

Added:
WE gain 3 armor from Wood resource. May add additional military bonuses later.
WE gain 1 general rank for Pottery resource. May change to pastures upon testing, as pottery is quite rare.

More changes to follow after other factions receive a test run.

Completed overhaul of vampirates:
Tariff and tax modifiers added to spices and gems, respectively
Gems gained +1 lord recruit rank
Dyes gained +1 rank for all agents
Iron gained +2% all damage and +2 armor


Completed overhaul of Tomb Kings:
Added growth to animals and furs (20 and 10, respectively, due to difference in rarity)
Added +1 rank for all agents to Dyes
Added 1% Tax Rate and +1 Lord rank to Gems
Added +2 armor and +2% melee damage to Iron
Added 5% all trade good production to Salt
Added 10% tariff modifier to Spices
Added 2% missile damage to Wood

Vampire Counts overhaul complete:
Added +1 lord recruit rank to Gems
Added +1/2/3% melee damage and +1/2/3 armor to Iron
Added +1/2/3% missile damage to Wood
