The new Paradox launcher gave me cancer, but my mods should now work correctly.

- new icon for the Netherlands (visible as a national idea after the Dutch cave to the Germans)
- new render method (emblems are now less pixelated and of better quality - icons now weigh ~40-45 KBs instead of just 16-18 KBs)

I edited the vanilla icons again and compiled them using different method:
- all of the icons are now upped from 4KB to 10KB-45 KB (should be more detailed and less compressed/pixelated)
- all of the icons are now transparent around the edges just as vanilla icons were
- German eagle icon now has a shining badge (just as vanilla eagle had)
- two of the flag icons (in China and USA trees) now have the same kind of flag folding effect as vanilla flag icons had
- iron cross on the flags is less pixelated and is tilted a little to the left as it should be
