Ice wyverns on both Rag and Valguero should be behaving themselves now and obey the level distributions of the mod. Also readded back the Aberration cave spawns on Valguero.

Added the Aberration cave Valguero spawns (which got overlooked before due to me having to dig around the dev kit in order to find where they were placed) and fixed wyvern spawns from when WC changed things around with the Ice Wyvern.

Fixed a bug that was preventing the max level for dinos to spawn on the Genesis map.

Note: If you started a fresh playthrough on the Genesis map AFTER this mod was updated for it, then I would suggest doing a dino wipe. That way, max level dinos will be just as prevalent as they should be compared to all other levels using this mod.
