Strictly update on Gamindustrian name list.
Fix one missing " in localization.
Add Chinese, Russian, Japanese localization (just readable english)
Japanese is partial finished, intend to replace some names with katakana. No kanji.
Oh please, you really want kanji names after reading endless stream of information?　目が壊れますぞ.

Removed one new Anchovy (halloween) portrait. I was trying to find image source where I found it so I can properly cite it ,but seemingly disappeared. I guts then tell me might be better off not include in this update.

Even further edited name list. Some ship class and character names. Should be able to add new language via localization now. Don't ask me how to do it though.
