PartTypeID of each Landscaping building part needed to be changed at request of the developers. Added download link to a text file that will update PartTypeID of the Landscaping base parts automatically. Steps listed in description. Updated to new recipe.xml structure to allow compatablility with other mods.

Added 3 Apple Trees to Landscaping, and added a Lockable Jail Cell Door to Structures > Metal > Doors, made recipes more realistic
