- fixed some of the steam achievement category achievements still checking for character names instead of tokens

- fixed the achievement Knowledge of Mankind not recognizing having all Infantry or Armor techs researched, depending on active DLCs

• reenabled the custom gui to view the achievements in-game (requires at least HOI4 Version 1.12.5)

• updated to new HOI4 Version (1.12)
  
• transfered the achievements over to use the newly added career profile achievement system and disabled the in-game scripted gui used previously (if PDX adds a way to check for achievements, I will reenable it)

• changed some of the achievements' icons
  
• fixed some triggers for techs not being fully adapted to the changes in No Step Back
