-Fused the intervention with this rifle (spawnicon, worldmodel and scope change)
-Bullets now penetrate targets
-Raised the damage to 75
-Resound to be a bit more accurate to the anime
-Crosshair no longer spins
-Added small blast damage radius to the hit position
-Added hit effect
