fixed icons of the new GS goodyhuts.

Fixed some things for GaterhingStorm civ version (thanks CasinoX for helping me)

- The "New pop" notification should not appear when a unit is trained (this is a bug from GS, I only was able to add a workaround, thanks FearSunn for the idea)
- added the 4 new goodyhut types to the notifications.

Please tell me if everything works well, cause I can not test it (since I don't own GS)

- fixed black colour bug introduced with new colour coding with latest Civ6 patch
- fixed Leader Name display for Leaders that can lead more than one nation (currently only Eleanor)

- added ingame setting to set a range for new barbarian camps. Only new camps within this range to one of your cities will trigger a notification. By default it is set to -1, which means you will get a notification everytime, regardless of the range.

- improved code for barbarian notification. previously it could happen that you did not recive a notification, if a camp spawned on the very same plot again.
