Fix typos

+ added tooltips on console buttons
+ added parameters to console remote exec to handle code execution on non player units (fancy way to say AI <3 )

- In exile servers CBA keybinds arent working for Functions keys (F1...F...F12)


- Removed Herobrine

+ Introduced a simple vehicle spawner (EXPERIMENTAL)
+ Rewritten the zeus module to work better in multiplayer (can still cause some issues with ZEN mod or similar, these issues are not related to me)

Major refactoring of the code base
Highly optimized
Now the mod used CBA_A3 to handle keybinds.

!!IMPORTANT!!!
I lost the original sign key of the mod so i had to create a new one,
Remember to update your server keys (key is inclued in the mod folder)
