- Found a suitable substitute for the crashing clown. Now hopefully with less crashes. Hopefully.

- Replaced clown uncommon infected with generic placeholder ghoul
- Fixed an issue where green-skinned combat armor ghouls were not spawning
- As a result of the former, white-skinned combat armor ghouls are significantly less frequent

The clown uncommon infected model has been removed indefinitely due to crashes
