Fixed an error that breaks the game when Giorno returns to za world if a flesh cube was placed in his backpack when left za world.

Giorno can now heal other players by giving them the cubes. However, they do get "perished" very soon after leaving Giorno's hands so you have to use it quickly! Once it's perished, it'll turn back into a gold nugget. The only way to stop it from perishing is handing it back to Giorno. Cubes should stay as an unperishable item once back to Giorno's hands.

Fixed the bug that caused Giorno's crafting tab (Gold Experience) to disappear when caves are included in your world.
Slight changes to the crafting ingredients for the flesh cubes. Now you need rocks and cut grass to craft them instead of cut stones and ropes, which means you do not need to build Science Machine first to craft them.
