Balance changes big and small; Released Sub Packs (GCW, CW, and Misc).

Misc changes, removed unused content. Hopefully didn't break everything.

Another set of balance passes because things seem to always be changing, also finally finished some of the icons.

More balance fixes and changes, mostly involving health, speed, and manuverability. Mostly nerfs, to bring my stuff on par with other people's ships and content. Any complaints, please let me know.

Various fixes, including outdated functions and missing sounds. Let me know if anything sounds not-right~

Added missing models, also introduced the first batch of new TIE Fighters! Icons to come and all.
