Changed entire map to new Stud to HU ratio of 1:16.5. Removed texture lod change.

Corrected Issue with the texture of the baseplate (Thank you Murvivi :D). Added bumpmaps to all plastic textures to make it more similiar to textures in Roblox. Made skybox much bigger making it have more space for planes for example.
