attempted fix to an issue with biome dialogue

Serious updates:

Nomad faction now has unique lines for

being healed
defeating animal squads
getting up after a fight is over
healing their animals
healing others
seeing an animal squad
entering a player town

Harmothoe packages

-Changed it so a skeleton that talks to her has a chance to run away before she attacks.

-Added unique dialogue for rescueing her from slavery if she finds her way there.

-Defeating a squad

- healing others

-being healed

-looting a weapon

-being bought from slavery

New interaction when player enters a fishman town

Armour shop in Heng now has unique dialogue

Weapons shop in World's End now has unique dialogue

Meat Lord now has unique dialogue upon seeing player

Unique dialogue for wolf packs added if a squad stumbles into a pack

Player Characters will now talk if other Swamp bosses die, not just Big Grim and Big Gray

Dust King Prisoner given a small line to say

Fun updates:
Tinfist now sings a little song that annoys his comrades

Unique dialogue when fishmen/fogmen eat characters

Holy Nation Guard dialogue given small fix

Improves compatibility with other mods such as DialoguePlus+. Should now be fully compatible, previously some dialogue would be overridden depending on which mod was loaded last.

Also tweaks to much of the dialogue to ensure they do not trigger too often or too little. Please post any bugs regarding the above. or message me.

Fix for biome entry joke dialogue.

It should now end properly and not trigger as often.

Added some animal dialogue. Have fun with this and report any bugs with it.

Take some care around bulls now.

bull herds will now have a dialogue interaction much like garru

garru herds also now have a passive dialogue

watchbots given lore friendly dialogue

few extra bits here and there

due to exams and motivation issues I completely lost track of what I've updated.

I know I fixed some dialogue that wasn't triggering properly.
