Louis, Bill, and Nick no longer ree at the top of their lungs on occasion. Sadly, Zoey does now. I'll be fixing her later this evening after work.

I've added support for Bile Jars. The issue only occured with L4D2 Survivors. I went through each file individually so there should be 0 problems with the biles jars. Although, one specific voiceline with Ellis I thought it was fitting to leave some of Ellis' line in there. If it is undesireable I'll remove it.
