-Reverted MPU modifiers for Occupied and Colony regions to Vanilla values. Changes did not have favorable results.

-Reverted changes to Naval Bombers carrier capacity requirements back to 1. It is now displaying properly.
-Reverted locale changes, support for other languages has been restored.
-All carrier aircraft at the start of the game has been removed (this was not intended and will be fixed in next update)
-A Problem with Coal Plant and Nuclear Plant occupying the same city model space still exists.

-Fixes to the research tree
-Colours of some nations have been modified. (I'm just playing around to see what works best)
-So essentially ALL naval bombers that can mount a carrier now take 2 carrier capacity and fighters remain unchanged requiring 1 carrier capacity point HOWEVER this is not displaying properly.
-Minor UI improvements
-Cleaned up some files

-New colors for some nations.
-Nuclear Power Plant passive income increased from 10M to 25M
-MPU to Coal increased to produce 5 Coal per 1 MPU. (up from 2 coal per 1 MPU)
-Removed a song that had an ear piercing ringing that would be best described as nightmare fuel.
-Few UI fixes.

-An additional 30 min of music added to the repertoire.
-Significant changes to research. In a nutshell all research outputs and projects have been multiplied by 10. Hence universities now provide 10 RPU. Also all academies and specialized research buildings now provide a small research boost of their own.
-Nuclear power plant passive income generation increased from 10M to 25M (next update)
-Stability debt modifier is now more sensitive. (going into debt will have bigger consequences)
-Small UI fixes

[Known issue with Coal Plant: Nuclear Power Plant and Coal Plant occupy that same city models tile and will overlap if both are built]

-Small changes to a couple nation start screens
-A few main menu UI fixes.
