-Engineers now play a support role in offensive maneuvers. Engineers now have an extra capacity of arms, which when paired with armoured divisions will allow for prolonged "Blitzkrieg" offensives. (standard engineer capabilities remain unchanged)

-Militia now cost 40 MPUs to build so smaller nations (and China) spam them less mid-late game.

-"Land Clearing" resource project added. Takes 25 turns, costs 10MPUs and 50 Coal. Adds a additional food producer slot to the region in which it's built.

-Reduced arms and maintenance costs of infantry and now make them a essential component to any combined arms operation and now act as a backbone to any nations military.

-Buff to the Cruiser Class Naval Ship's anti-aircraft capabilities now making this the primary role of the Cruiser Class.

FIRST MAJOR PUBLIC RELEASE
-Overhauled research tree with more linear dependencies.
-Artillery can now be used to bombard industry and infrastructure.
-Researched units no longer become "obsolete".
-Medical Centre MPU bonus has been doubled from 10% to 20%.
-All infrastructure improvement research and construction cost have been properly balanced to provide a steady progression and encourages the player to upgrade the infrastructure of their nation throughout the war.
-Fish Products have been modified and now require 1 Food per IPU and will provide $1.5M income/IPU.
-Canned Goods do not require a port city and now require 1 Metal and 1 Food per IPU and will produce $2.5M income/IPU.
-All other means of generating wealth from factories has been slightly increased.
-Airbase now requires 10 turns to build and costs $1M to maintain. (up from 100k)
-Airborne3 has been removed temporarily due to complications accommodating it into new research tree. (There are plans to re-add it in a future update)
-Metal and Coal Exploration now requires 10 MPUs and will take 30 turns. (up from 20)
-Oil Exploration now also require 10 MPUs and will take 40 turns. (up from 20)
-Deep Metal and Coal Mines as well as Oil Refineries will now take 20 turns to build (up from 15)
-MANY OTHER SMALL CHANGES
