Fixed Echoed cards from Deluge being weird with Velvet Choker

Made it so “Echo: “ isn’t appended onto echoed cards if they echo an echo. Cut some words out of the starting relic description to make it hopefully not go across pages.

Fixed Escalation counting all cards played rather than only spell effects played

Fix 2 for Scribe's Skillbook. Cards should now be properly discounted after shuffling the deck.

Fixed cards being drawn on enemy turns (through gremlin horn + poison for example) not costing 1 less with the Scribe's Skillbook.

Added Scroll of Shadows. Added new relic - Scribe’s Skillbook – A skillbook for the Spell Scribe (Only appears if you have Aspiration installed) . Added new relic - Alchemical Alter - Whenever you would gain Spell Effect: Damage, Gain half of it as Spell Effect: Poison.

Attempted fix at self damage spells doing damage after all enemies in a room have died.
