Added the Skaven Halberdier animations to Clanrat Spears without shields. Looks so much better.

Couldn't add them to the Skavenslaves, however, those seemed to have additional graphical glitches.

Changed Skaven Halberdiers' armor from 25 to 35 as per the description. Oops!
