This mutation will remove ALL Special Inifected. This is will counteract scripted SI Spawns.

- Decided to also remove Tanks from play to truly make it No Infected.
(Beware that not all maps are compatible with this change. If you find a map that is incompatible to where proceeding in the level is impossible, please let me know so I can make additional map checks.)

Since Tanks have to be killed by a player in order for some addon finales to progress, they are no longer suspectable to instantly disappearing when they spawn. Instead, they will die in one shot. Witches are unchanged.
