First big change is Storm Chakram, a boomerang-like spell occupying the 6th slot in the Tempest tree. Throw it and it comes back, much to the displeasure of any enemies in its path!

I messed around with the targeting and I think its working more as intended now. Still testing this.

Solar Flare now procs from any strike: weapons, Murder of Crows, Thunder Wisp, etc.

Changed the Gaea passives around a bit. Out with Reclaim, in with Solar Puissance. This is a buff that triggers when you kill an enemy. It grants you a nifty missile shield and OnHit weapon damage effects.
