Balance tweaks:
- Wandering Caravans have more stuff for sale: Leather

"Eye Candy" tweaks:
- Biome specific birds was added to: Okran's Gulf, Border Zone and Stenn Desert
- Sound distance for several effects was reduced: Campfire (from 50m to 20m), Corpse Flies (from 50m to 15m), Torch Fire (from 50m to 10m)

Balance tweaks:
- Wandering Caravans now have a small chance to sell treasure maps and random blueprints
- Town Vendors and Barmens now properly respawn after being dead/missing for 5+ days (*)

(*) - requires import/new-game with "General Balance Fixes v.4+" to see changes
