General improvements to Mordetta's combat AI

- Mordetta now properly hangs back while an enemy is attacking, instead of running headfirst into the attack
- Mordetta should disengage from combat if her target is sleeping (untested)

- Increased hunger cost of Discharge
- Mordetta will continue attacking an enemy that is not targeting her (would previously retreat if enemy was in any attack state)
- Mordetta now selectively avoids enemy AoE attacks when not directly targeted
- Mordetta no longer attempts redundant work actions
