Fix error with SetParent(false)

Removed console spam left over from testing. Fixed possible crashes related to nogravity+ragdolls+elastic.

Fixed duplicated ragdolls in a variety of situations. Re-added regular rope (non-elastic), hold E while firing. Added 'Bone Name' to display.

Fixes for third person. Changeable rope-length in progress, shift(run) to reel in, alt(walk) to expand rope
