Environment Update for HomeLoader 0.80

HomeLoader 0.80 Changelog:
- Added new Environment Settings (includes Locomotion options, Library/Category Panels, Tools, ...)
- Added possibility to use all SteamVR Home Environments with HomeLoader
- Removed all DVD case related things (they don't work anymore due to an change in the SteamVR Workshop Source2)
- Removed Viveport, Oculus and Non Steam Game Panels, due to an change in the SteamVR Workshop Source2 they don't work anymore
- DVD Cases no longer work .

Environment Update for HomeLoader 0.79

HomeLoader 0.79 Changelog:
- Added new maps to the HomeLoader SteamVR Home Environment
- Removed download for 32x32 Icons. Uses now local Steam Icons instead (avoids error if an Icon is not available).
- Changed the "SteamVR Start Settings" Window a bit, added new Drop Down and removed the radio selection for the Home App.
- Added new option "Enable new Settings Overlay" to the "SteamVR Start Settings".
- Changed the Updater. It does now only check and download "Latest releases" and ignores the "Pre-release" builds.
- Added some new message boxes.
- Changed Name of the "Settings" Window to "HomeLoader - Settings" (solves an issue where it was not opened).
- Added new time interval for retrieving the current number of players and set it to 5 minutes (avoids to much traffic).
- Added some more HomeLoader SteamVR Home Environments.
- The old DVD case files can be used.

- Added new Maps, can be selected in HomeLoader.

- Added new HomeLoader Menu (SteamVR needs to be selected as Home App in HomeLoader "SteamVR Start Settings" Menu to be able to start Non-Steam, Viveport or Oculus (Revive) games.

- Added up to 60 DVD Cases that can be spawn after preparing the Environment with the HomeLoader Desktop app
