Remaped HUD and Level System (Real knife can level up now.). Levelsystem works in multiplayer now! Added more playermodel compatability. Added some console commands so you can tweak features of the knifes and level system.

Fixed some bugs and added some features. The most notable addition is you now gain health on level up.
