- Fixed an issue that allowed other civilizations to enact the Code of Nemequene with Decisions enabled.

Fixed an infinite loop bug. Added more compatibility with other mods. Changed the colours so they don't look so similar to JFD's Stalin.

Fixed a bug that made AI Muisca turns last forever. Allowed Chyquy's Gold Holy Sites to receive the bonus from Theocracy.
