Rebalance and Fix Patch 2

● Priest - Salvation: Priests will now find a new target instead of try to mind control targets that are immune to mind control (e.g. Gossamer Cape)
● Draenei - Blessing of the Naaru: Damage increased from (Heal) to (Heal×1.5)
● Warrior - Fortified Armor: (9) Warriors Reflection damage multiplier increased from 1.5 to 2
● Hunter - Aimed Shot: (3) Hunters extra chance increased from 15% to 20%
● Mage - Magical Vulnerability: (9) Mages duration of freeze increased from (damage/500) to (damage/400), and will not be less than 0.2s
● Elf - Evasion: (3) (6) The chance of evasion rebalanced from 30%/35% to 25%/45%, (9) Elves no longer has a cooldown for illusions, and the duration of the illusion increased from 8s to 12s
● All +AD% items (Falcon Blade, Princes Knife, Desolator, Trident, Manta Style, Abyssal Blade, Battle Fury, Daedalus) rescaled from a percentage (+15% damage) to a fixed value (+20 damage)
● Fixed some bugs

Rebalance Patch 1

● Dawnbreaker - Fire wreath: CD decreased from 12/10/8 to 10/8/6
● Ascetic's Cap: chance to summon itself increased from 30% to 40%
● Draenei - Blessing of the Naaru: Maximum damage increased from 300 to 400 and CD decreased from 2.5 sec to 2 sec
● Warrior - Fortified Armor: (6) Warriors +10 Armor increased to +12
● Hunter - Aimed Shot: (6) Chance for additional shot increased from 45% to 50%
● Undead - Plague: (6) Max HP reduction increased from 35% to 40%
