Rebalance Patch 2

● Hunter - Aimed Shot: Strengthened. (3) Hunters: 50% chance to deal -5 armor for 5s. (6) Hunters: 100% chance to deal -10 armor for 10s.
● Naga - Scaled Armor: (2)(4) ability damage absorption decreased from 20%/40% to 15%/35%
● Earth Spirit - Rolling Boulder: Damage increased from 250/350/550 to 300/400/600
● Phantom Assassin: Ability evasion chance increased from 20/30/40% to 30/40/50%
● Spark of Courage: Now deals extra damage to all enemies level higher or equals to the carrier.
