Minor Balancing Patch

● Slightly decreased inital camera distance. Camera distance can now be adjusted using mouse wheel by default.
● Viper - Viper Strike: Decreased attack speed slow from 40/60/80 to 20/30/60, damage per second from 150/250/450 to 150/250/350.
● Shadow Fiend - Requiem of Souls: Increased energy width from 150~250 to 200~300.
● Beast - Power of the Wild: Increased (4) Beasts' bonus damage from 25% to 30%.
● Undead - Horror: Balanced Horror armor reduction from 3/7/7 to 2/8/5.
● Weaponsmith: Decreased upgrade proc from 75% to 70%
Your neutral Loots and Loot Treasures have 70% chance to award 1-tier higher items.
● Phantom Assassin and Pangolier now correctly count as Assassins.
